The SLAVIC RESEARCH GROUP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA is pleased to announce its collaboration with Highate Road Social Science Research Station in Berkeley, California, USA, in the publication of an English translation of one its Tolstoy Series volumes, L. N. Tolstoj i F. A. Zheltov: perepiska.  Highgate has a thirty-year history of publication in Slavic social science, and was represented at our Doukhobor Centenary Conference by its director and Executive Secretary, Ethel Dunn, who founded the research & publication centre along with her husband Stephen Dunn in 1969.  Ethel Dunn's work in Molokan studies prompted her to not only offer her services as editor of the English translation of this book -- entitled A Molokan's Search for Truth: the Correspondence of Leo Tolstoy and Fedor Zheltov-- but also to have the translation and publication costs covered by Highgate.
