Register and learn how and why we should empower women

Throughout the world, the advancement of women is proving to be a determining factor in societal progress, global health improvements and increases in national wealth. However, women often face structural barriers to career advancement and to reaching the highest echelons of professional success. While other countries are making great strides, statistics on gender parity in Canada do not reflect similar progress.

Empowering women from all backgrounds

Franklin Templeton Investments is proud to present the 2018 Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS) in collaboration with the University of Ottawa Alumni Association, The Women's Mentor Initiative, the Centre for Continuing Education, and the faculties of Social Sciences, Arts, Science and Engineering.
