2018 Women's Leadership Summit
Throughout the world, the advancement of women is proving to be a determining factor in societal progress, global health improvements and increases in national wealth. However, women often face structural barriers to career advancement and to reaching the highest echelons of professional success. While other countries are making great strides, statistics on gender parity in Canada do not reflect similar progress.
