23rd CATS ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Concordia University, Montreal
May 28-31, 2010

Research Methodology in Translation and Interpretation Studies

REGISTRATION

The conference will take place under the aegis of the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences Federation of Canada. CATS is not responsible for registration or lodging at the Congress. Please note that, to take advantage of the Early Registration Fee to the congress, you need to register by mid-April. Also note that you are requested to reserve accommodation before the end of March. For Congress registration and accommodation information, please visit the Federation's homepage (http://www.fedcan.ca) or contact the Congress Secretariat (tel.: (613) 238-6112; fax: (613) 238-6114; e-mail: fedcan@fedcab.CA). Note that in addition to the registration fee you will have to pay a "society's fee": 20 $ for members and 60 $ for non-members.

YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE CONGRESS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR CATS. It is in your best interest to become a member of CATS and pay a lower "society's fee" in addition to receiving the journal TTR for the duration of your membership! If you are not already a member, you should join by writing to our Treasurer, Ryan Fraser, at the School of Translation and Interpretation, University of Ottawa, 70 Laurier Ave East, Ottawa (Ontario), K1N 6N5, or at ryan.fraser@uottawa.ca.

The annual fee for regular members is $90 CAD, and the fee includes a subscription to the CATS' journal, TTR. If you are a full-time student, the annual membership fee is $30 CAD.

For further information, please visit CATS Website http://www.uottawa.ca/associations/act-cats/English/Home.htm
