Our Mission is to maintain and improve the health of the University of Ottawa students and our inner-city community by providing a patient centered interdisciplinary health care team which delivers timely, quality and collaborative assessment, treatment and health promotion, in a supportive and caring environment that is open and transparent to social, ethical, or income factors.

Our Vision is to create an effective, dynamic Family Health Team (FHT) in which physicians and allied health professionals work together in a professionally rewarding and sustainable medical practice that delivers high quality, integrated primary care to all segments of our community, including vulnerable populations.
