When calling to request an appointment, you will be asked to provide your birth date and the reason for your appointment (i.e. physical examination, PAP test, follow-up for test results or regular appointment). You can specify if you prefer a male or female doctor, a French or English speaking doctor. We will do our best to match your request. We strongly encourage you to find a doctor with whom you feel comfortable, and book your appointments with that doctor whenever possible to ensure continuity of care.

Please note that our receptionists do not have medical training and are not qualified to answer your health questions. If you have health concerns, ask to speak with a nurse, or leave a detailed message on our answering system and a health professional will contact you as soon as possible.
