New Wellness Initiatives
Stressbusters : Starting on February 5th, students can come to the Health Promotion resource center UCU203 every Monday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm to relax and study. We will be offering tea, adult coloring, puzzles and other zen and FREE activities!
Active U :Come speak to Derek, a certified personal trainer to learn more about healthy Active-U topics like how to improve your squats and deadlifts every Tuesday @ 12:30pm to 1:30pm. You will also have the chance to win a Gee-Gees T-shirt!
Wellness Café: Tuesday March13th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, located in UCU Terminus
Long Night Against Procrastination (LNAP): Thursday March 8th at 8:30 pm, located in the Academic Writing Help Centre (110 University)
Note : All events start September 13th 2017 and end April 6th 2018. No events during stat holidays, reading weeks and final exam months.
