University of Ottawa Health Services Walk-in Clinic

Our physicians and other health care professionals are available to help you with your non-emergent health care needs.

Open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm
We are closed on Sundays in June, July and August, and on December 25, 26 and January 1st

There is usually a waiting time to see the physician. If you have a family physician at UOHS, please give us a call to see if we can fit you in. Your physician or the Nurse practitioner who works with your physician may be able to see you today or tomorrow.

Let our reception staff know when you arrive if you are here to see the nurse for a flu shot, allergy shot or other injection.

Please note that effective July 1, 2011 there will be a service level change for our Urgent Care (walk-in) clinic.  We continue to welcome the following patient groups: rostered and registered patients who have a family physician at UOHS, Ontario residents,  University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University students, faculty, staff and their spouse/partner and minor children living in the same residence. Service remains unchanged for our patients who are residents of Quebec and who are registered with a family Doctor at the University of Ottawa Health Services. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause. We have included a link to a list of local clinics to assist you with seeking care elsewhere.
