Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy Centre
Open Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 6:30pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm
At the University of Ottawa Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy Centre we offer a comprehensive range of services emphasizing the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries of elite, amateur and recreational athletes. Our care extends not only to athletes, but to anyone who can benefit from our services.
Our staff includes:
-physicians with specialties in sports medicine, orthopaedic surgery and physical medicine
-registered physiotherapists
-athletic therapists
Our clinic is open to the public. A referral is only necessary for orthopaedic surgeons and work-related injuries, however it is recommended for all new patients.
Our care extends to both sport and non-sport related injuries. Our physicians also provide on-going treatment of osteoarthritis, overuse and work-related injuries.
