OTTAWA, March 2, 2010 — Allan Rock, president and vice-chancellor of the University of Ottawa, is pleased to invite you to a press conference during which the University of Ottawa, Carleton University, La Cité Collégiale and Algonquin College will make an announcement on the transfer of engineering students from college to university.
