Eight uOttawa law students chosen to clerk at Supreme Court of Canada
OTTAWA, March 18, 2010 — Eight students from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law have been selected to clerk for the Supreme Court of Canada for 2011-2012.
Jean-Christophe Martel (National Program) will clerk for the Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin, Chief Justice of Canada; Amélie Aubut (National Program) will clerk for the Honourable Mr. Justice Thomas Albert Cromwell; Monick Corriveau (Programme de droit canadien) will clerk for the Honourable Madam Justice Louise Charron; Kerry McVey will clerk for the Honourable Mr. Justice Morris J. Fish; Ben Piper (2009) will clerk for the Honourable Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella; Nickolas Tzoulas and Stéphanie Lafrance will clerk for the Honourable Mr. Justice William Ian Corneil Binnie; and Leslie-Anne Wood (2008, National Program) will clerk for the Honourable Madam Justice Marie Deschamps.
