In memoriam: William Commanda
OTTAWA, August 5, 2011 — The University of Ottawa is saddened by the news of William Commanda’s passing. In 2005, the University of Ottawa awarded an honorary doctorate to the great man from Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg, near Maniwaki, Quebec.
