I teach and research in the areas of Canadian constitutional law, criminal law and evidence, as well as in comparative constitutional law. Among other things, I can comment on proposed amendments to the Criminal Code of Canada, the constitutionality of government legislation, and legal issues arising in the context of criminal trials and appeals.
