My career has taken me from boardrooms to classrooms and from the Prime Minister's Office (1993-1997) to the Kennedy School at Harvard (Senior Fellow, Centre of Business and Government, 2002-2004).

I'm a lawyer who is comfortable discussing ethical challenges ( including whistleblowing) governance issues and public policy matters whether within government or the private sector. My research centers around risk and resiliency factors linked with adjustment in the stepfamily. More specifically, I am interested in the functioning of stepfamilies with teenagers, in the development of the stepparent role, and in the role on women in stepfamilies.
