Research information:
Professor Chapman continues her practice as a labour arbitrator and mediator, and is a part-time Member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She speaks frequently on various labour, employment and administrative law topics, with a special emphasis on human rights and accommodation issues, as well as workplace privacy. Her teaching includes labour law, grievance arbitration, trial advocacy, and administrative law and her research and writing interests include labour law, administrative law and legal theory.

My areas of expertise include disability rights, globalization and labour law. My current doctoral research is about the implications of globalization for workers with disabilities. I have also examined the limitations of John Rawls' theory of equality for people with disabilities in a forthcoming book chapter.
