The hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
If the normal hours of operation are not convenient or you would prefer to meet us off campus, it is possible to make special arrangements.
We promise to get back to you within two (2) working days.
Confidentiality
All members of the Office are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information they receive. Our voice mail can only be accessed by the Ombudsperson and her staff and our files are kept in a locked security filing cabinet. The confidentiality of email messages cannot be guaranteed as traces remain on the servers by which they are sent.
The masculine is used generically on this site and includes both women and men.
