Biography

Harry Daniels is the Past President, Congress of Aboriginal Peoples. He has dedicated his life to defending and promoting the interests of the Métis people, as well as Off-reserve Inuit and First Nations people. During the Constitutional talks of the 1970s and 80s, Harry Daniels was instrumental in ensuring that the rights of all Aboriginal peoples, including the Métis and Inuit, were recognized in the Canadian Constitution.
