Professors: How to print a Course Pack

1. You will need to print and complete the Request for Reproduction Copyright Documents log form.
   • Note that there is a maximum of 20% of a book’s content that can be added in a course pack.
2. Drop off the form in person at MRT 236D or UCU 0024.

3. Bring along the books/copies to be used in the course pack.

• If the course pack has been printed before, all you need to do is fill out the On-line Requisition form (must provide the session, year, and bin#) and e-mail it to Suzanne.Levesque@uottawa.ca (be certain to receive a reply).

Note: To speed up your drop off time, complete and print the On-line Requisition form.
