Accident, Incident and Occupational Disease Reporting
In order to minimize the risk of an accident occurring, one must ensure the appropriate controls are in place. In addition, it is also very useful to assess the potential situations where an accident /incident may occur. Reported incidents provide insight into causes of accidents. In the event that an incident or accident has occurred, it must be reported immediately to the University of Ottawa Human Resources, Occupational Health, Disability and Leave office.
