You can reach the Call center at (613) 562-5800, extension 2222 or by email at sdiprs@uottawa.ca. If you encounter a situation that prevents you from doing your work (leaks, power outages, equipment breakdowns, etc.) and thus needs immediate attention, call us at extension 2222.

Don't worry about duplicating a call. We'd rather hear about an emergency several times than not at all!

NON-URGENT REQUEST

If your request isn't urgent, please use our on-line MAXIMO requisition form. Our staffl will follow up on your request as soon as possible.

You can also use MAXIMO to check the status of your request. If you need to contact us at 2222, please have your reference number and request details ready, as these are essential for all status checks. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

If you don't have acces to MAXIMO, contact your administrative officer so that he or she can have an account through the Physical Resources Service. The proper faculty or service authorities must approve the request before the account can be created.
