TECHNICAL SERVICES, OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE

Being at the centre of daily life on campus, we provide essential front-line services that allow our students, professors and support staff to perform their work and their activities smoothly and efficiently. Our experts and professionals (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and controls, architectural trades, sanitary services and Call Centre 2222) scan the campus, offering specialized technical and maintenance services 24 hours a day, so that the entire University community enjoys a healthy and secure environment in tune with everyone's expectations and needs.

In a nutshell, customer service is our top priority, and our team's unwavering commitment to impeccable work standards proves it. Indeed, without the energy and professionalism of our team, we wouldn't be able to reach our objectives in the performance of the following functions:

• Dispatching service calls (Call centre - 2222)
• Controlling building operations, maintenance and general repair work (heating, ventilation and air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, plumbing, architectural trades)
• Managing water supply and distribution services (sewers, pipes, valves, water meters, fire hydrants and other fire-prevention infrastructure)
• Providing locksmith service
• Performing painting and plastering services, as well as door and window installation and repairs
• Managing sanitary and housekeeping services
• Running the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Program
• Operating the remote environmental-management and monitoring systems (Analog and digital)
• Managing mechanical and electrical infrastructure
• Operating the electronic maintenance-management system (corrective, preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance).
