Join the University of Ottawa Liaison Office for our 2017 Guidance Counsellor Information Day, where you can find out what’s new in the admissions process and financial aid and awards, ask questions and network with your colleagues. Lunch will be served and parking is free!

Registration

To register, please email liaison@uOttawa.ca before September 27, 2017. Please share any dietary restrictions as well as any accessibility needs. Furthermore, please specify which day you plan on attending.

Free parking and presentation locations

Free parking is available in Brooks garage (BRS, 100 Thomas More), centrally located on campus. Volunteers will be on site to direct you. Once registered, participants will receive a parking pass by email to print ahead of time. Have this parking pass on hand and place it on your dashboard on the day of the event.

The day gets off to a start in the Desmarais Building (DMS, 55 Laurier Ave East). Please consult the interactive campus map or download a copy of the main campus map (PDF) and main campus parking lots map (PDF).

Multidisciplinary presentation
The presentation will cover many topics affecting students from Quebec that were mentioned in comments following last year’s Guidance Counsellor Information Day. These topics include statistics on admission and success of students from CEGEP and Secondary V, expenses, scholarships and financial aid, advanced standing for students from CEGEP and recognition of programs by Quebec professional bodies.
