Meal plans offer tax savings for students and the University must follow Canada Revenue Agency guidelines. Meal plans are loaded directly onto your uOttawa card!
Mandatory meal plans
Stanton, Thompson, Marchand, Leblanc and 90 University residences
If you are a first-year student living at Stanton, Thompson, Marchand, Leblanc or 90 University, the 5 day meal plan (non-refundable, non-transferable and non-interchangeable) will be applied directly to your residence fees. As of August 15, you may upgrade your meal plan by using one of the methods below:
- In person at the uOttawa Card Service
- Mail (certified cheque only)
Commuter meal plans
Meal plans aren't just for students who live on campus: if you commute to campus on a daily basis, or even occasionally, there's an option for you. You can choose from any of the meal plans or block plans available.
