What's the Discover uOttawa card?
The Discover uOttawa card is similar to the uOttawa card, except that it's meant for anyone who isn't a student. If you're an employee or you're visiting the campus, the Discover uOttawa Card allows you to make on-campus purchases. List of locations accepting the Discover uOttawa Card
Why get a Discover uOttawa card?
- When you login as a visitor, you can register your Discover uOttawa card, add funds as needed and protect your money in the event your card is lost or stolen.
- You can budget your spending while on campus.
- You can better use your time, instead of shopping, cooking, packing lunches and cleaning up.
- You don't have to carry cash.
- There are no bank charges.
- It makes a great gift for clients, and professors, or a promotional giveaway for events or sponsorships.
Where can I use the Discover uOttawa card?
The Discover uOttawa card can be used at a wide variety of locations on campus, such as photocopiers, printers, the docUcentre and any Food Services location. Since the Service is relatively new, we will soon be adding many more areas where the Discover uOttawa card will be available for use.
How do I get a Discover uOttawa card?
You can get a Discover uOttawa card at the uOttawa card office or at one of the cash to card loaders on campus.
How do I add funds onto my Discover uOttawa card?
Adding funds onto your Discover uOttawa card is simple; you can do so online, in person or at any card dispenser and loader location. When adding funds online, just enter your Discover uOttawa card number and PIN. The card's PIN can be revealed by scratching the PIN section on the back.
Can I get a refund on my Discover uOttawa card?
Unfortunately, funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the back of the card and the Discover uOttawa Card terms and conditions.
