Issue under investigation
We are currently looking into fixing this issue.
When downloading the submission results of a webform, the exported file may at times be corrupted, giving an empty file. This appears to be a known issue with multi-server setups, as is the University's case; see Webform issue: Excel and CSV export randomly empty for details.
Reproducing the issue
- Download the webform's results (the results should export fine the very first time).
- Immediately click on the download button again (the second download should corrupt).
- Visit the download page by clicking on the link and try downloading again (subsequent downloads will either be corrupted or work correctly).
No solution currently exists.
