This template was constructed largely to meet our goal to improve teaching at the undergraduate level. Adjustments need to be made to describe specific programs more appropriately. Nevertheless, the basis information on faculty, resources, program and outcomes is common to all programs. The template should be used in conjunction with the document Institutional Quality Assurance Process: Protocol for the Cyclical Review of Programs.
