Measuring your research impact


Many tools and metrics exist to help you demonstrate your research impact. Choosing the right approach to measure it can go a long way when applying for a research grant or preparing a dossier. This workshop will discuss the advantages and significant limitations of using metrics to help you understand how to leverage different ones such as the h-index, impact factors and altmetrics to showcase how your research is influential within your field.
