How to Make the Best of Stress - uOttawa Homecoming 2020

Whether you’re an alum or a member of the University community, this workshop will give you the tools to identify the everyday signs of stress and show you a variety of research-based methods to deal with it.

In this workshop, Severina Borisevich and Traleena Rouleau (1 in 5 initiative experts) will explore mindfulness and relaxation, the importance of meeting your basic needs, physical activity, time management, setting priorities, and finding meaning in day-to-day activities.

You’ll also be provided with resources that you can access at the start of the webinar and that will be referred to throughout the presentation.

Dates: Wednesday, October 28 from noon to 1 p.m. (in English) and Monday, October 26 from noon to 1 p.m. (in French)
