Mindfulness and meditation sessions (English) - Every Thursday

When: Every Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Format: The practice of mindfulness meditation teaches you to pay close attention to your mental states and observe them so as to respond not with reactivity but with wisdom. These sessions will include a guided meditation, followed by a Q&A session and exercises that reinforce your practice between sessions.
