This high intensity cardio class incorporates boxing moves into a fun, sweaty workout. This class is for everyone! 

Find calmness, steadiness of the mind, strength and self-reliance by listening to your body through the flow of movement and breath. This is a challenging and rewarding workout derived from the physical practice of yoga.

Can’t make the class in-person? Dance your heart out and follow along, through video, to the music as your instructor guides you through a Zumba routine. This workout is sure to get your heart pumping. No equipment needed. 

An interval-style workout for all levels with lots of functional movement. It involves short bursts of super-intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercise in between. No equipment required!  

In this class, you’ll use dumbbells to complete a full-body workout with minimal equipment. Learn proper technique and gain strength with this class!  

Increase your endurance and muscle mass with resistance training. This class leads you through a series of safe and balanced resistance training exercises. Your muscles will thank you! 

Open for all levels, relaxation yoga is slow paced, practices deep breathing and encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. 

Holi, also known as the "Festival of Colors", is a vibrant and joyous celebration of spring and is a time to forgive, forget, and come together in a spirit of love and harmony. Come join uOttawa in the festivity and laugh, dance to the best hits, and celebrate by filling the sky with bright colours.
