This high intensity cardio class incorporates boxing moves into a fun, sweaty workout. This class is for everyone! 

Find calmness, steadiness of the mind, strength and self-reliance by listening to your body through the flow of movement and breath. This is a challenging and rewarding workout derived from the physical practice of yoga.

Can’t make the class in-person? Dance your heart out and follow along, through video, to the music as your instructor guides you through a Zumba routine. This workout is sure to get your heart pumping. No equipment needed. 

An interval-style workout for all levels with lots of functional movement. It involves short bursts of super-intense exercise with periods of rest or lower intensity exercise in between. No equipment required!  

In this class, you’ll use dumbbells to complete a full-body workout with minimal equipment. Learn proper technique and gain strength with this class!

University of Ottawa OPERA ENSEMBLE presents A Midsummer Night’s Fairy Tale; a collage of Henry Purcell’s The Fairy Queen and Benjamin Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Four Years: An Original Musical is a production by students, for students. It is a coming-of-age comedy about the highs and lows of university life, and it is sure to be funny, relatable, and entertaining for everyone in the larger uOttawa community.
