  • Crafting Connections

    Join us on your own or with friends at Crafting Connections where students will be invited to exercise their creativity while practicing mindfulness and chatting to other students or one of our Peer Helpers about different mental health topics! Each workshop will feature a different theme but don’t worry, no crafting skills are required, and finger painting is encouraged!

    This cardio fitness class, inspired by Latin and International dance, will guarantee smiling and sweating the whole way through! No dance experience necessary. The instructor will incorporate different dance styles (salsa, merengue, samba, belly dance, reggaeton, and hip hop) into a fun and engaging workout. Try it once and you'll be hooked!
