Event Details
In each class, you’ll burn calories while strengthening and toning your arms, legs, abdominals and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves, like high knees, burpees and jumping jacks, are interchanged with isometric moves, like lunges, squats and kickboxing.
As this is a fast-paced, HIIT class choreographed to music, we highly recommend that participants have a good understanding and awareness of proper form for common exercises, such as planks, squats, lunges and push-ups.
