Make sure you provide your full name, room number, and mailing address to everyone who sends you mail to ensure that the mail gets to you. Your mailbox number must not appear on any mail sent to you.

Receive and Send Mail

Mail sent to campus is processed through the University mail room.

Mail that fits in your mailbox is put there daily, Monday to Friday. There is no mail service on weekends. Residents living at LeBlanc need to go to the 90U reception with proper ID to get their mail when notified by a member of the Client Services team.

At Rideau and Friel, mail that is too large to fit in your mailbox will be kept at the reception.

For all other buildings, mail items will be delivered to the University Postal Services. Postal services will send you an email notification when your mail can be picked up. Packages are kept for a limited time only, so make sure you pick the package up within a couple of days of getting the notice. Please check the mail room’s hours of operation before dropping by.

You may receive mail in your mailbox that does not belong to you, please return it to reception and let us know.

Stamped mail for Canada Post that fits through the opening can be dropped off at the mailbox located in the 90U lobby and in the Thompson residence lobby.

Packages can be dropped off at the Mail Room (720 King Edward, loading dock “A”), including packages for pick-up by courier companies.
