If you graduated less than two years ago, you can benefit from services free of charge. If you graduated more than two years ago, you can have unlimited access to services for $50 a year.
If you graduated more than two years ago, you can take these psychometric tests for a discounted fee of $80 (for a total of $130 with your one year membership). Consultations by appointment take place at Career Development Centre.
Why do I need to meet a counsellor?
Depending on your needs, you could:

- evaluate your professional skills
- understand the job-market trends in your field
- draw up your CV
- establish a career plan or a personal job-search strategy
- get ready for an interview, etc.
Career Development Centre provides those who graduated less than two years ago with the opportunity of taking two psychometric assessments at the reduced rate of $90. A yearly membership to our service is required for student who graduated more then two years ago at a cost of 100$.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The MBTI personality assessment identifies an individual’s type (made up of four basic preferences), and provides a common language around how people interact with others and the world around them. This information helps people improve both their working and personal relationships in a productive and constructive way. The MBTI tool is a great resource for improving important decision making and guiding career exploration.
Strong Interest Inventory
The Strong Interest Inventory evaluates interests in a variety of positions: work, leisure, and field of studies. The questionnaire compares how your interests are similar to the interests of people who occupy certain professions. It is used to help people understand the occupations that interest them and to illustrate the types of employment within which they would be happier.
