Introducing the uOttawa Clinical Exercise Physiology Lab
Dr. Lara Pilutti runs the Clinical Exercise Physiology Lab at the University of Ottawa. The goal of her research program is to optimize the accessibility of physical activity and exercise for people with both progressive and relapsing-remitting MS. Her team is specifically interested in providing exercise programs for MS patients with a higher disability level or for those using assistive mobility devices such as walkers or wheelchairs.

Centre for Neuromuscular Disease named in honour of Dr. Éric Poulin
For two decades, the University of Ottawa Centre for Neuromuscular Disease (CNMD) has been a beacon of hope for thousands of Canadians living with neuromuscular problems. On Tuesday, April 30, 2019, during an official ceremony at Roger Guindon Hall, the Centre was named in memory of Dr. Éric Poulin.
We're extremely grateful for Margo Brousseau's support and hope to honour Dr. Poulin's legacy through uOBMRI researcher's efforts. Her generous $1 million gift will support neurological disease research at the Éric Poulin Centre for Neuromuscular Disease. Learn more her gift here.
