6:45 p.m. - Yoga Fitness - Multisports Room - Minto*

11:30 a.m. - Yoga - Terminus 

11:30 a.m. - Volleyball - Montpetit Gym*

12:00 p.m. to 1 p.m. - Jumping Rope / Capital Jumpers - Terrasse 90 université

5:30 p.m. - Yoga - Terminus

6:45 p.m. - Step - Multisports Room - Minto*

7 p.m. - AquaFit - Pool - Montpetit*

12:00 p.m. - Zumba - Gym Lees*

1 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Soccer Foobz - Dome

3 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Basketball - Montpetit gym*

5:30 p.m. - Yoga - Terminus

12:00 a.m. - Splash Run - Departure FSS Terrace 

*Student ID required.

All activities are free except Splash Run.
