The richness of bilingualism

English and French are the official languages of Canada and two important international languages. Improved bilingualism is therefore an asset and an added value.

Many students feel that improving their English is important in order to succeed in their studies and benefit from greater career opportunities. We have developed an unparalleled expertise in this area, allowing you to thrive in both English or French, the two languages of our institution, which happen to be spoken all over the world, while you pursue a top-level education.

Our English Immersion Courses allow you to take courses taught in English in your program while receiving course-specific language support, at no extra cost! They are proven to help in your transition to university courses and contribute to improved academic performance.

If none of those immersion courses interests you, you can still improve your English skills with typical  English as a Second Language courses.

Thanks to the many resources on campus, you can improve your speaking and writing skills in an encouraging environment. In addition, you will have access to a variety of official, social, and cultural activities during the academic year, which will be perfect opportunities to practice your new skills.

And did you know that students may write assignments and exams in French or English in nearly any course, except in language courses and a few exceptions?
