Research
He performs research in sustainable polymer reaction engineering. This involves the synthesis and characterization of polymers used in applications such as paints, coatings, adhesives, plastics and many more. The focus of his research is on the production of polymers with significant renewable components using less hazardous methods.
Research Question Examples a Student He Supervises Could Work On
- What renewable monomers can we use to replace petroleum-based monomers?
- What reaction conditions do we need to achieve good end-use properties?
- What approaches can be used to ensure product stability?
