Want to get a preview of life at the University of Ottawa? Check out uOttawa Day! During this structured event, you will learn more about your preferred faculty as well as the services the University offers. You can also get answers to any questions about admission and see the campus with your own eyes.

What to expect

  • A guided tour of our campus and sports facilities 
  • An outdoor fair to talk to our admission and financial aid specialists, explore life on campus, and learn about career services and all our other resources 
  • A presentation on your preferred faculty 
  • A discussion panel featuring current uOttawa professors and students

What are my food options during the event?

Due to indoor capacity restrictions, we encourage participants to bring a lunch and snacks with them. A portion of the daily activities will include time for a break. There will be limited food services open during the event; however, designated eating areas will be available on campus.

Will this event be outdoors only?

The faculty presentation and panel will be indoors; all COVID-19 protocols will be enforced. All other activities will be outdoors; please dress in accordance with the forecasted weather. You can expect to be outdoors for approximately 2 hours.

Will there be parking available?

Free parking will be available on campus during the event. All outdoor and indoor lots will be free with the exception of parking meters and the parking lot at 100 Marie-Curie.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend this event? 

Anyone visiting our campus must be fully vaccinated. You will be required to certify your vaccination status using the COVID-19 Vaccination Declaration online tool. Find out more on our COVID-19 website.

I can no longer attend the event, what should I do?

This event has limited participation. If you can no longer participate, please send an email to liaison@uottawa.ca to cancel your registration.
