Access to counselling services for graduate students

If you wish to make an appointment to speak with a counsellor, please follow the procedure below:

Contact the Faculty Wellness Office by email at [email protected].
You will receive a response within 72 hrs (with the exception of statutory holidays and the winter holiday break).

An appointment with a counsellor will be scheduled within two (2) weeks of contacting the Wellness Office.
If such a date is not available, you and the therapist will be made aware of the delay and arrangements will be made to support you.

While the Faculty Wellness Office can provide services to students experiencing distress, they are not an emergency service.
