Mental Health Coaching

Mental health coaching helps you build life skills. It allows you to speak with someone, a peer counsellor, in a non-clinical setting. These peer counsellors are students and will be able to empathize with what you are going through.

This is some of what you can expect during your session:

  • System navigation (where to go depending on the type of help you need)
  • Resource sharing (what is available to you)
  • Goal setting (academic or non-academic)

You will come out of it knowing yourself a little better and with a greater knowledge of the mental health resources available to you.
