Convenient and affordable, our student residences are ideal for students, conference guests, tour groups and sports teams! Rates are established based on selected residence, room type and length of stay. Our knowledgeable team will respond with a tailor-made proposal.
- All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, linen and housekeeping services.
Group booking of accommodation, meals and/or other services must be made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date. Any booking request made within the 15-day deadline may not be accepted.
A group booking must include one of the following criteria in order to qualify for group rates and/or coordination services from the University of Ottawa:
- Booking of 10 units or more
- Long-term stay of 30+ consecutive nights
- Group meals on campus in the Dining Hall or the catering service
- Booking of additional services (night security, meeting spaces, room rental, etc.)
Two options are available for group reservations:
OPTION 1 - MASTER ACCOUNT
This option allows the group organizer to reserve a selected number of guest rooms for specific dates, at a negotiated rate. All charges are billed on one master account, as per the contractual agreement. Payments made by individuals will NOT be accepted. The group organizer must complete and return a rooming list provided by the University of Ottawa prior to arrival. A deposit is required to guarantee the reservation.
OPTION 2 – PROMOTIONAL CODE
A selected number of guest rooms are blocked in our general inventory for specific dates, and the negotiated rate is offered until a defined cut-off date. Before the cut-off date, guests are individually responsible for booking and fully paying for their own reservations by the cut-off date through our web portal, using the promotional code provided.

- Night watch Security
Optional service. Our clients are responsible for ensuring that all minor participants are accompanied on uOttawa premises at all times by an adult (18 years of age and older) at a minor/adult ratio of 10:1. Overnight watch requirements must be organized through uOttawa. Any other security company will not be permitted on-site.
Nightly rate per guard varies between $247.84 and $307.78 (10 pm to 6 am).
- Meeting and special event spaces
Meeting spaces, lounges and classrooms are available for rent on campus and can be used for group activities such as Movie Nights, Pizza Parties, Educational Sessions and Luggage Storage. Rates start at $100 + taxes and coordination fees.
- Luggage Storage
Luggage storage can be provided should the group be arriving prior to the check-in time (4:00 PM) or leaving after the checkout time (10:30 AM). Luggage storage must be made prior to your arrival (fees may apply).

Buses: No parking for buses on campus. The bus company you are travelling with is probably well aware of bus parking options in downtown Ottawa. We strongly suggest that arrangements be made prior to your arrival on campus.
