Policies and conditions
The following room booking policy applies:
- Group study rooms may be booked once per day for up to 2 hours.
- Maximum of two bookings allowed per week and five per month.
- Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
- The room will be held for 30 minutes after the start of your booking time after which it will be cancelled.
- As a courtesy to others, if you no longer require the booked room please notify the staff at the service desk either in person or by calling 613-562-5800 ext 5812.
- Use the room for collaborative, academic purposes only.
- Use only the tables and chairs provided within the room to respect the maximum capacity (8 people) allowed by fire code regulations.
- Respect the Noise, Food and Drink Policy.
- Keep an eye at all times on your belongings and take them with you when leaving.
- Please clean the room before you leave. Put all garbage in the bins provided throughout the library.
