The Administrative Services Modernization Program is largely dependent on the commitment of all members of the University community. In the coming years, everyone will be invited to participate to some extent in the program and its projects.

The Change Agent Network is one of the change management strategies that the Administrative Services Modernization Program will use to facilitate change and solicit engagement from stakeholders. The Network will foster two-way communication by gaining direct feedback from the key players and mitigating issues quickly and effectively. Agents will provide comments and advice on the quality and efficiency of the services we propose, along with on-the-ground experience; this assistance is essential to improving uOttawa’s financial and human services.
