The ERP evaluation committee is currently evaluating proposals for the new system and would like to receive feedback from the University community to select the tool that best meets all the needs of managers, employees, professors, and researchers.
Among all the systems used by uOttawa employees, the Concur expense management system was undoubtedly the one that caused the most headaches. We say “was” because a few months ago, improvements were made to the system and the expense reimbursement process, which seem to have satisfied all, including Concur’s staunchest critics.
In February, we kicked off the Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) Reengineering project by launching a series of workshops aimed at understanding the current state of uOttawa P2P processes. These are now complete, and we would like to thank participants for their input and time.
