In the article about LinkedIn that appeared in the November issue of the newsletter, we announced the upcoming of a new employer branding for Winter 2021. We are happy to say that the work has started! First, we wanted to align our efforts with the Web Perspectives project of the University's Communications Directorate. To do so, a temporary Careers page was created to replace the Jobs page. This page is a strategic transition towards the future Careers site, which will be an important HR marketing component in the development of the employer brand. The objective is to make the University more attractive to the best talents, to enhance the sense of belonging and to ensure the retention of our workforce.
