We are pleased to announce the launch of the online HR Q & A tool. It can be found in the “My info” section of the HR website, behind the “What should I do if” icon. To access it, you must first indicate the group of employees to which you belong. This way, you will only see the information that is relevant to you.
The main purpose of this project is to enable University employees to find answers to the most frequently asked questions more quickly and thus allow substantial time savings. This project was part of a reflection within HR with the objective of optimizing the services offered to the university community. The tool will evolve and be adapted as needed.
