The Procure-to-pay Reengineering project kicks off

Posted on Wednesday, February 5, 2020

The Administrative Services Modernization Program kicked off the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Reengineering project by bringing together representatives from central functions, faculties and services to talk about their P2P experiences through a series of workshops in February and March. Hosted by a bilingual consulting firm, these workshops aim to help paint a picture of our current P2P workflows (e.g. requisitioning or payments) and design future state recommendations. Future phases will include a plan to prioritize and implement recommendations.
