Soup & Substance (S&S): Building an Inclusive and Respectful Community
Let's really do lunch! S&S is a monthly activity on issues related to diversity and inclusion over a simple meal of soup. All are welcome.
S&S is presented by the Inclusion Project which is an initiative of the Human Rights Office. This project brings together students, staff, union reps, and community members of the University of Ottawa.

Are you feeling anxious about exams? Have a deadline, or feeling stressed? Having a rough day at work? Keep calm & Soup on with Prab, as she will give tips for anxiety and briefly discuss rumination, worry & the importance of self-compassion.
What are you able to take away from this session besides free soup? Learn to become more self-aware and take away relaxation techniques to incorporate into your every day routine to ensure mental wellbeing.
About:
Prabhjot is a student at the University of Ottawa and is passionate about human & animal rights, aspiring to make a difference one day at a time. Currently she teaches anxiety workshops to youth & adults. Her recent trip in India allowed her to gain more knowledge of yoga.
