Activities for new students
If you’re new to the University of Ottawa, we encourage you to take part in some of the activities we’ve developed specially for new students. These activities are designed to help you become familiar with the University of Ottawa, meet new people and have fun with other students!
uOttawa Summer Orientation
Between July 9 to August 21, attend uOttawa summer orientation and participate in our webinars, available in both French and English. Participate in webinars specific to your faculty as well as others covering all aspects of your new life at uOttawa. Experience fun interactive activities with integrated Q&A sessions in which we will answer all your questions and provide you with the resources to help you thrive and find your path to personal and academic success at uOttawa.
Some webinars will be recorded and made available afterwards, though we strongly encourage you to participate in the live webinars for a more interactive, rewarding experience.
